Apparently, some people swung too close to the wall as children. This isn't Christal Pool AG, but the GmbH of the same name. Although I didn't buy a pool from this company, I just feel sorry for them. And to somewhat compensate for these unfair reviews, I'm giving it five stars.
Yes, that's correct. Crystal Pooltec is not the company that the Kassensturz report covered, and none of the responsible parties work for that company. Google should delete the incorrectly attributed reviews.
Unfortunately, it seems people are only giving this one star based on a review. They're confusing Crystal Pool AG with Crystal Pooltec GmbH, which is similarly named here. A quick look at the legal notice reveals that these two companies have nothing to do with each other. Therefore, I'm trying to help out and hope to clear things up.
