Very poor service. I was told the appointment was fixed and the windshield had been ordered. When I arrived, I was first told the windshield hadn't been delivered and I had to arrange another appointment. This meant everything was postponed for a week. No information, nothing received, and I even left work especially for the appointment, etc., but no communication, nothing! Days later, I received an email saying my windshield wasn't available at all and that I should look elsewhere, but each time I was told it had been ordered, etc. Very unreliable and dubious! I'm sure your "service" can't be relied upon.

I was extremely satisfied. The appointment was scheduled very promptly and confirmed by phone, including a reminder. The contact was very friendly, and the work was completed within the agreed timeframe. All additional products (like windshield wiper blades, etc.) were on display, but there were no cross-sales "initiatives" - THANK YOU! :)). I've seen one or two negative reviews from the past, but I personally had a great experience—I'd be happy to come back!

Replacing the windshield caused paint damage to the hood during installation. I immediately filed a complaint, but to this day, Carglass has not responded despite multiple attempts to contact them and requests for a callback. Unprofessional! Update August 13th: Five phone calls (!) later, I finally received a callback from Carglass yesterday after almost three weeks. They stated that the paint damage was already present before the repair. Instead of providing me with photos as proof—which Carglass apparently already has—I received the warranty certificate again via email. As the vehicle owner, I am certain that the damage must have occurred during the replacement. It's a shame that Carglass not only has shortcomings in customer service (a callback after three weeks) but is also so difficult to resolve issues. I would never have my car repaired there again.

I was in Heimberg a week ago for a stone chip repair. Unfortunately, the crack is still visible from the inside. I called Heimberg and left a message on their answering machine because I wasn't satisfied with the repair, but I haven't received a call back. Last night I called their general hotline, where a nice lady assured me I'd get a call today, but that hasn't happened either. And then they advertise everywhere for free windshield wipers, etc., but I haven't received anything. That was the first and last time! Never again!
