Very positive impressed about the professional attitude from both of the employees in Lyssach who replaced my screen from my lexus (30-12-25). There workmanship and teamwork impressed me even more when it was 7pm when they finished there job.

Disaster! I took my car in to have the windshield replaced. The work was good, but the windshield was covered in tiny dots between the two panes. I returned my car, and the second new windshield had the same problem. An employee's response was, "It's normal for it to have these dots occasionally." On top of that, my fuel consumption was 22.4 liters for just 6 kilometers! How is that even possible? I'm really wondering. A complete disaster!
The quality of Carglass's work is very good. What bothers me a bit is that they only offer the promotions advertised on TV, like free windshield wipers or a vignette, in French-speaking Switzerland. Therefore, they deduct a B rating.
