Very unprofessional, i called a few days in advance to visit a car and to testdrive it, i called a second time and asked about the condition, the seller on the phone told me it was in very good condition and only had minor marks. When I arrived (90 mins drive) the seller told me I couldnt testdrive it. After convincing him I drove 90 mins each way for that car, he arranged a testdrive. The car was almost undriveable, second gear was completely broken and the I drive system did not respond. What a waste of time and a joke of a seller, Would not recommend this to anyone

...very peculiar practices... The vehicle was sold with a valid roadworthiness certificate (MFK) and service, including a 2-year warranty... In reality: The roadworthiness certificate was over a year old, I ended up having to do the service myself, the vehicle had defective brakes that needed immediate replacement, and nobody wanted to know anything about the warranty... That had to be purchased separately... Strange, the ad said something completely different. A month later, the diesel hose came loose in the middle of the highway... I had to be towed, along with a horse trailer and horse. Result: The hose had already been patched once, but only temporarily... Then I was promised winter rims, which I'm still waiting for. Returning the car went like this: Sorry, we have to leave right now, the car is over there, park yours there, have fun with it, and goodbye... Great service, I must say. My registered letter was completely ignored, and the boss is always on vacation... Strange... Once and never again.
My partner and I had the opportunity to view a BMW last week. On the drive home, we both agreed that we've rarely encountered such competent, down-to-earth, and friendly car dealers. Even though, unfortunately, we didn't end up buying the car (😭), I'm incredibly grateful for your honesty and openness. It's clear that your customers are happy with their new vehicles, and it shows.
