They responded to my consistently friendly emails with disinterest and extremely brief replies. When I asked for a suggested installation date, I received no response at all. They seem to have no interest in making a profit. I've now found a more competent company.

We visited HiFi Schneider on Saturday at 2 p.m. to inquire about a DAB car radio. The advice was competent and friendly, and the radio was installed within an hour. The price was also significantly lower than the prices in Thun. The trip to Konolfingen was definitely worth it – we can wholeheartedly recommend HiFi Schneider!
