Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. The store was open, but the staff seemed to still be busy with their shopping. After waiting for several minutes, the gentleman finally came around the corner with the packages. We wanted a food processor. They were going to give it to us straight from the shelf, as it was the last one. That wasn't a problem in itself. When I asked for the packaging, the response was: "Then I'll have to go and find it." I replied that I wanted to give the machine as a gift and would therefore like the packaging. When the gentleman returned with the package, it turned out that it contained many additional parts, such as various mixing attachments, a meat grinder, and a vegetable grater. I simply wouldn't have received these parts if I hadn't insisted on getting the packaging. The packaging wasn't handled very carefully during packing. So, while the package looked like a bear had tossed it under the Christmas tree, at least all the parts were there and the machine works. We found the instruction manual online, as it wasn't included, of course. Unfortunately, not the first bad experience. But this one was the final straw.
Sales staff are desperately trying to sell extended warranties on electrical appliances. They probably have to meet certain targets before the end of the year to qualify for bonuses. A very bad experience.
I recently had the opportunity to use a telephone consultation service. I can only report positive experiences! The employee (Ms. Kopp) was extremely friendly and helpful. I felt well taken care of right from the start, and the in-person consultation was just as pleasant. They took plenty of time to address my concerns and gave me valuable tips. I highly recommend this service! Thank you so much for the excellent support! There should be more people like you in the retail sector!!! P.S. Thanks to the pleasant conversation on the phone, I decided to travel a bit further instead of going to the nearest branch. And I will definitely recommend the Lyssach branch, and especially Ms. Kopp, to everyone I know. In the future, I will only shop at Fust Lyssach.
Terrible, a horrible experience! On Friday between 1 and 2 pm, I went into the store to buy something. The salesperson clearly didn't want to work, and from the beginning, it was all excuses and a complete lack of professionalism because he didn't even know the products they sold. So in the end, I decided to buy it at another store where I received much better service. I absolutely do not recommend this store!!
Ms. Kopp from the Lyssach branch very kindly and efficiently helped me obtain a replacement part that the Fust Service Center had refused to provide! I highly recommend this branch!
I am disappointed by this kitchen studio's approach regarding their requirement for a preliminary contract before kitchen design. In my opinion, it is inappropriate to require potential customers to sign a preliminary contract before any detailed planning has even taken place. This can be off-putting and undermine customer trust. Potential customers should have the opportunity to discuss their needs and requirements in an open conversation before they are forced to commit to anything.
