Beautiful store with lovely clothes. I bought a pair of pants, but unfortunately, the cashier couldn't pay with her phone and we would have had to wait for her to get cash. Luckily, another saleswoman saw this and opened a second register. Thank you to her, it meant we didn't have to wait, especially since we'd already been waiting for 5 minutes! 🙏🏻
Excellent service at New Yorker! Melisa was very friendly, helpful, and really took her time. Thanks to her, shopping was a real pleasure. Thank you so much!
I was really looking forward to my new garment, but when I got home, I discovered the security tag was still attached. That shouldn't have happened. Now I have to make a special trip back to the store to have it removed – incredibly inconvenient and frustrating, especially when you're short on time. When shopping, I expect these things to be checked. The product itself is lovely, but this unnecessary hassle completely ruined the shopping experience.
Feedback on Service Quality! Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to share some comments regarding the service quality at your branch in the New Yorker shopping center. Unfortunately, during my last visit, I found that the behavior of the staff did not meet the expectations I have for a company of your reputation. The interactions with the staff were marked by a remarkable lack of friendliness, which gave the impression that customers were not welcome. However, respectful and helpful service is fundamental to a positive customer experience and should be a top priority for your company. Furthermore, I noticed that the staff's attire did not reflect the professional image one would expect from a reputable brand. Their clothing gave the impression that it would be more appropriate for an adult store than a fashion boutique. This could not only damage your company's image but also deter potential customers. ``` I recommend that you review both your staff training and your dress code policy to ensure that both the quality of service and your brand presentation meet the standards your customers expect. Thank you for your attention. I hope you will take this feedback as constructive criticism and implement the necessary measures.
Not the store with the most selection but it's ok. Staff not very present but on request ok
Unfortunately very unfriendly, wanted to try on a dirndl unfortunately the deputy branch manager did not separate the bust so I could not try on the dirndl which was very regrettable
