Smyths Toys in the Lyssach shopping center offers a very wide selection of toys for different age groups. The store is currently undergoing renovation, expanding the sales area, which makes the layout feel more spacious and organized. Toys are grouped by category and age suitability, and they also carry children’s equipment and strollers. We visited the store several times because we were looking for specific Hot Wheels models. Twice, staff told us that a new shipment should arrive within a few days and that we should come back then. Each time we returned, we were told the shipment still hadn’t arrived and to try again later. There’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to customer communication and service. If you’re looking for toys in general, you’ll most likely find something, as the selection is large. The store itself is nicely arranged, located inside the shopping center, and has extended opening hours until 20:00, which is convenient for after-work visits.

Hello, I do not recommend buying from this store. Unlike most shops, they offer no real after-sales service. I bought a stroller for my sister's child, and for personal reasons, she requested an exchange. Despite the fact that the request was made quickly and correctly, the store refused any possibility of an exchange. This lack of flexibility and consideration for the customer is very disappointing.

Extremely unfriendly and uninterested staff; they get annoyed when you ask for information and are unwilling to help. Purchased items aren't even packed in your bag; you have to do it yourself. Buy toys from a knowledgeable specialist retailer instead. It's probably even cheaper.
