Terrible service.The "hidden job market" that they claim to have access to is completely fabricated. So, billing issues. EDIT: Experteer has contacted me twice through google to attempt to remove this review. I am basing this on my own experience using the website. The first attempt claimed that I was never a customer, which was easy to prove by sending an invoice. My assumption is that they hoped that I wouldn't respond, as I had seven days to respond. I highly recommend that you google experts to read other reviews about them, as they are actively removing negative reviews from Google. April 2025 Update: I have now been accused of defamation by Experteer and they tried to have my review pulled down. Seriously, you’ve been warned. Stay far far away.
Trap, Scam, and useless. Be careful of trying this website. It is a huge scam and trap. They will give you a very cheap subscription and then when you find it useless and you cancel your subscription they will not cancel it and they will keep charging you and threatening you. Be careful of providing your credit card!!!!!! I canceled the paid trial and they deleted my account and then I was shocked by asking me to pay them money for nothing.
These days the option to unsubscribe from newsletters should be easily accessible. several spam mails a day and reading all the reviews here enhance the impression of a sketchy business
I signed up for a premium subscription and was charged immediately, however there was no clear or accessible way to cancel it. After contacting support, I was informed that the subscription would only be cancelled the following month, meaning I would still be charged for a service I did not wish to continue. This is misleading and not user-friendly. The cancellation process should be transparent and immediate. I would advise others to be very cautious before subscribing.
Stay away! No benefit, just high costs and automatic membership renewals. Even after contacting them, they offered no compensation for the exorbitant fee for three months with absolutely no benefit. A complete rip-off!
Unfortunately, I can't give it a good rating either. At least give potential users—whether job seekers or recruiters—the chance to use the service in a limited way. The fact that they're immediately demanding payment without providing any service is very distasteful to me. It feels like a rip-off.
