The team is always exceptionally friendly, efficient, and helpful. No matter how complicated the issue, it's resolved on the spot, and I've never been there for more than 5 minutes. It's truly rare to be able to simply drop by without an appointment and have everything handled so quickly and easily. Truly top-notch service!
We had an Italian party on November 30th. There's an emergency phone number there, and we brought some things because everything in the kitchen was switched off. The man on the other end was rude, and unfortunately, no one answered during the night – very bad... Luckily, we got Giuseppe's phone number, and he answered immediately and came to the party. A big thank you to Giuseppe!
