This brand is extremely intrusive with its emails and WhatsApp messages... I will never order from them again. There are competing wipes on the market that work just as well! I'm giving this rating at their request because they emailed me again even though I told them not to!

The product is okay, and I use it after a ride. However, it doesn't remove stubborn dirt. Furthermore, the shipping time listed during the ordering process is completely wrong. I ordered on Monday with priority shipping (1-2 days) and didn't receive the package until Friday. Emails to the company aren't even being answered…
