This company has no control over its electricity and customer data. Their customer service is abysmal. They are unable to accept e-bill registrations or generate accurate invoices right away. When contacted by email or phone, they are either dismissed or receive no response at all. A reminder or new invoice then, of course, arrives in their email inbox without a problem.
Unfortunately, they are unable to manage master data and design intelligent communication – not recommended.
I've never had any dealings with this company before, nor have I even heard of them! Suddenly, they want me to change something in my eBill to "continue receiving my invoices from them"! As I said, before these emails, I'd never had anything to do with this company, let alone ever received or paid an invoice from them, and I didn't even know they existed! I have no idea where they even got my email address. This doesn't exactly demonstrate a responsible approach to data, and it certainly doesn't inspire confidence!
