No pueden aceptar registros de facturas electrónicas ni generar facturas precisas de inmediato. Cuando se les contacta por correo electrónico o por teléfono, se les despide o no reciben ninguna respuesta. Entonces, por supuesto, un recordatorio o una nueva factura llega a su bandeja de entrada de correo electrónico sin problemas.

I've never had any dealings with this company before, nor have I even heard of them! Suddenly, they want me to change something in my eBill to "continue receiving my invoices from them"! As I said, before these emails, I'd never had anything to do with this company, let alone ever received or paid an invoice from them, and I didn't even know they existed! I have no idea where they even got my email address. This doesn't exactly demonstrate a responsible approach to data, and it certainly doesn't inspire confidence!
