We are very happy with the product. But the service was not as expected. We got the wrong order, one of another person. But there was no return address, so we had to ask for it. Furthermore, we did not have a printer and wanted to send the parcel for the other customer as soon as possible. we did it with fast mail directly to the other customer, and paid it by ourself, but we did not get this money back. All in all the service is a bad experience, we will not order any products there anymore.
