The product range will soon have nothing to do with the original Landi. It used to be designed for agricultural users, but today it's more focused on the average household. Clothes and kitchen utensils take up more space than anything for crafts. I wanted to buy rope straps today (which, in my opinion, belongs in every Landi), but they didn't have a single one. I'm very disappointed. I will now avoid Landi for good.

We wanted to buy something there last week (packing material for a parcel, e.g., wood wool). After more than 15 minutes, we finally found a sales assistant, but she claimed to have had an "emergency" and ran off. The next assistant replied, "Yes, it's somewhere outside, maybe to the right." She didn't seem to be in the mood to show us anything, nor did she seem to know where the items were. The same thing happened at the checkout before us: An older couple wanted something, but they were sent somewhere in the back, and of course, no one came to show them. I think I won't shop there again and will go to a different store instead.
