Criticism of the security company at McDonald's Lucerne Unfortunately, the security staff at Ep Security at McDonald's Lucerne do not give a professional impression. It was repeatedly noticed that they appear overwhelmed in certain situations and have difficulty reacting appropriately. Their behavior often appears hasty and uncompassionate, which is a problematic signal for a security company. There is little evidence of trained and situation-appropriate behavior – instead, the impression is created that they lack experience and professional restraint. More thorough training and awareness training in dealing with guests is strongly recommended.
McDonald's train on December 6, 2025: It's simply a shame that the security guards at McDonald's can't speak to customers normally and respectfully. He makes a visit to McDonald's unbearable. The McDonald's itself is nice and, as always, good, but this "nice" gentleman makes it even more unbearable. Too bad.
We were kicked out of McDonald's on the train by an employee because one of our friends was lying on a bench in the completely empty restaurant at 1:30 a.m. We couldn't even finish our meal. Absolutely unnecessary and absurd. Very unfriendly staff.
I had the misfortune of experiencing security at a restaurant, and I am beyond disappointed. Without any warning or explanation, I was summarily ejected from the establishment, even though I had behaved calmly and respectfully. It began when a security guard suddenly approached me and, without a word of explanation, demanded that I leave the restaurant. When I tried to understand what had happened, I was simply told to leave immediately, with the threat of further action. Any requests I made for an explanation or warning were ignored. It was as if my mere presence was reason enough. There was no communication or attempt to de-escalate the situation. Instead, I was met with unprofessional and inappropriately aggressive behavior. Security is important, but interactions with guests should be based on respect and courtesy. In this case, it was simply an unprofessional overreaction that was not only inappropriate but also unpleasant. This company has definitely proven that it is neither customer-oriented nor capable of resolving conflicts appropriately.
Very rude. I just wanted to sit down and wasn't allowed to. A very aggressive attitude toward young, friendly women. It's a shame that it always targets the wrong people...
