On July 6, I ordered fitness equipment from a German company. On July 25, less than 20 days later, the German company sent me the shipment. Kuehne + Nagel AG delivered the shipment after about two weeks – however, it was a completely incorrect shipment belonging to someone else. I returned the shipment. After another two weeks, my own shipment was finally delivered to me, albeit incomplete. Since then, no one from the delivery company has spoken to me. I reached an agreement with the sender that the portion of the shipment that Kuehne + Nagel AG lost would be reshipped – on the condition that I would not have to pay the customs and shipping fees I already paid for the original shipment. However, I recently received a new invoice for approximately CHF 200 for customs and shipping via email, demanding payment. I forwarded this email to the sender, and they are urging the delivery company to reissue the invoice to their address – unfortunately, so far, without success. So I've been waiting for my shipment for over three months now – thanks to this "professional" delivery company. A terrible experience, absolutely not recommended.

Shoe prints on the boxes, clear damage, no care taken, two incorrect deliveries in Switzerland despite correct confirmation, no apology, no goodwill gesture. Instead of taking responsibility and finding an amicable solution, they threaten legal action.

Dear Kühne + Nagel Team, Unfortunately, I have to inform you that I am extremely annoyed and completely dissatisfied with the customer service you provide. I have been in contact with several of your employees for a week, who are very friendly but all seem to have varying levels of knowledge. I am expecting a pallet that has been with you for almost two weeks and has not been cleared through customs. At no point have I been proactively contacted by you. Now, every day for a week, I have been promised next-day delivery, and now, after a week, I find out that an invoice is outstanding, of which I had no knowledge and which has not yet been delivered to me! Unfortunately, this is completely unreliable. We now have to justify this enormous delay to our own customers who are waiting for their products.

Today I received a delivery from an employee who was perhaps overwhelmed(?). The package was apparently a bit too large for him. He was extremely rude from the start and behaved quite incompetently. He actually just wanted me to push and lift the heavy package. He then insulted me, and the whole thing got a bit out of hand. At least the package is here now. But I've never received a delivery like this before. Simply unbelievable.
