The staff was very courteous and helpful. Provided us all the information we needed to reach Mt.Pilatus. We were recommended to take the cable car then the cogwheel train and a boat which we were able to see Switzerland in different ways.

Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff. Bought the tickets online and wanted to make sure we were going to the right place and everything. The woman at the store said it was easy. I asked her to point in the map and help me and she was super rude and dispatched me quickly. There was nobody in the store, she was standing behind the desk looking at people. Hope it’s a one off. Anyway, people at the Terminal are way more helpful than going to this store.

Staff both too important and busy talking between each other to be helpful. (No other customers in the shop) Do you have this shirt in the 2XL size please? No. Do you know where I could get one? Answer - up the mountain! Both attendants had a look of contempt as if to say don't bother me. We were up the mountain yesterday and didn't see any of the shirts they told us to go up the mountain to buy. Went to a shop round the corner and an extremely helpful staff member at Weber's World had the shirt we wanted and found us the size we wanted . Forget the Pilatus shop if that's what they call service. Usually like to see service employed but glad we bought our tickets to the mountain online in this case
