After a bad experience with another local electrician we contacted Kern & Baur AG and are very happy we did. The electrician could do what other electricians had said was impossible within half a day and at a reasonable price. Namely fitting new LED spot lights in the kitchen, dimmer switches and the installation of a new home network. Definitely recommend.

One star for the speed with which they arranged the appointment. The other for the nice lady on the phone. I've never had any problems with the company before, and I'm happy to support the local electrician. But… Unfortunately, they just go ahead and do things on their own without asking the customer first, which I find disappointing. Please ask the customer beforehand if they want this done. It takes one minute. In short: Another service technician (from Sunrise) had to come a week later and reset everything.
