The rewards, product scanning, and friendly support are great, but logging into the website is an absolute nightmare; that's the only reason it gets two stars. Instead of two-factor authentication, the password has to be changed every 90 days (I don't even log in that often). The password restrictions are outrageous (12-16 characters and a precise sequence of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters is required). After three incorrect password attempts, the account is immediately locked. Resetting the password then only works with support, is extremely cumbersome, error-prone, and after two incorrect attempts (if they even count as two), you have to start all over again.
Terrible app, poor customer support. Furthermore, customer accounts are regularly deactivated, even though support staff have confirmed that purchases are successfully processed. This company has a quality problem.
I don't understand all these negative reviews. I've been a member of this panel for over a year and have already redeemed several vouchers in CHF (Mediamarkt, Ikea, etc.). The app is very basic and easy to use. I contacted customer service once by email and received a response very quickly. If you have the opportunity to join this panel, don't think twice!
I'm a member of the consumer panel. My experiences have been mixed, but mostly negative. The app crashes frequently, more often than any of my other apps. Each time, a complete reinstallation is necessary. This means contacting customer service, waiting for new registration details, and entering everything again. Occasionally, they even manage to send two different installation keys on the same day. Which one, the member wonders, is the right one? Customer service has improved in recent months. However, the IT department is as incompetent as ever. All in all, participation is quite time-consuming. The rewards are ridiculously low. I have a lot of free time, which is why I'm still participating. But if I ever had less time, I'd leave quickly.
The longest wait time I've ever experienced on the phone to reach customer service is well over 37 minutes β it really couldn't be worse! Furthermore, the app constantly malfunctions, forcing me to call customer service. It's a real hassle. The scanner itself works perfectly.
Be careful! After a while, the app stops working, and the company deletes your account so you can't claim your rewards! Not recommended. Phone calls aren't answered, emails aren't answered, or only with standard excuses! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SURVEY TOOL!
