Definitely not recommended. This company renovated our underground parking garage – the result: water now leaks through the electrical outlets in the garage. Instead of fixing the problems, they ignored them or delayed them endlessly. Additionally, they billed for items that were demonstrably never completed. My conclusion: They took the money, but the work wasn't done. Stay away from this company!

The entire facade of our old farmhouse was renovated by Hächler AG. Everything was 100% to our satisfaction. Special mention must be made of the exceptionally competent and empathetic (crucial for those unfamiliar with construction) approach of their site manager, Mr. L. Z., who advised, supported, and oversaw the project professionally, empathetically, fairly, and transparently from the very beginning. As the owner of my own small or medium-sized enterprise (SME), this experience gives me hope that there are still exceptionally strong individuals in the Swiss job market who combine expertise and customer service with genuine commitment and professional competence. If I owned a construction company (which I would never do!), Mr. L. Z. would be on my team. I wish Mr. L. Z. all the best, and I also wish Hächler AG all the best, hoping they continue to care for their employees and support them so that such outstanding performance as we experienced remains a reality in the future.
