We booked our tours and airport transfers with Swiss Epic Tours, and from start to finish everything went perfectly. They responded quickly whenever we had questions, and we never encountered any issues at all. The tours themselves were amazing—comfortable, well-organized, and tailored to our needs. The van was spotless, and our driver Alan was truly the best! We felt safe, had so much fun, and connected with him right away. A big thank you also to Miguel, who drove us for a day and was equally professional and kind. Shoutout as well to our wonderful tour guides—Lincoln, Ricardo, and Rui—for sharing so much knowledge about the places we visited and for all the great food recommendations. I booked a 3-day private tour with Swiss Epic Tours and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Our itinerary covered a city walk around Zurich, Mount Rigi and Lucerne, followed by Rheinfalls, Schaffhausen, and Stein am Rhein. Although my mother and I had different guides each day — Sergio, David, and Robbie — every one of them was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and a joy to be around. I especially appreciated the genuine conversations we had and how attentive they were toward my mother, who is in her 70s. She had so much fun, and the pace of the tours was just right for her. With elderly travellers, it’s really about slowing down to savour the journey, and these tours were perfect for that. Beyond the beautiful sights, I learned so much about the history and culture of Switzerland — which is right up my alley. A special thank you also to Cristina, Catherina, and Xenia for their wonderful planning and seamless coordination behind the scenes. Swiss Epic Tour gave us one of the most unforgettable travel experiences in Switzerland. Everything was perfectly organized and tailored to our interests. From the majestic Alpine landscapes to the hidden gems we explored, every part of the journey was thoughtful and exciting. Ivo and Wandson were incredibly professional and genuinely passionate about sharing the best of Switzerland. Ricardo was the best guide. he was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, a great communicator. He was on time to the minute- his vehicle was pristine, he took us to a hidden gem- the best coffee we’ve had in Europe so far. He was thorough in all the information he provided but kept the pace going well. He was was flexible with our schedule and even made an outstanding recommendation for a post tour restaurant. Ricardo led us on a 1 day private tour in the Bernese Oberland. It was a great day! We walked through picturesque villages, hiked along gorgeous waterfalls, and rode a cable car to eat lunch high up a mountain. We happily avoided most of the heavily touristed areas. Ricardo is extremely knowledgeable about the area, warm, and funny. Our car was comfortable and spacious. Thank you, Swiss Epic Tours, for an unforgettable day in Switzerland!
