This company is a complete disappointment. For a year now, we've been battling with their after-sales service over locks that jam completely randomly. Even the fire department access cards become unusable, which raises serious security concerns. Furthermore, we were forced into an annual maintenance contract at a very high price, without receiving any real support: no reminders, tickets not logged, and every time we contact them, we have to explain everything from scratch. The situation is extremely worrying for a public establishment. We sincerely hope that no serious incidents occur.
