the great scam! Never go to this place, they charge absolutely everything! even the things they never used! They charged me 190CHF before arriving for final cleaning and when I arrived the apartment was a pigsty, there were dust balls under the bed as if no one had ever cleaned and foreign hair in the bathroom was disgusting! They promised me a bigger apartment and when I arrived they gave me a 14m2 cell without prior notice, then they charged me 200CHF because a guy would come to open the door for me one day when I forgot the key (they don't give you a copy and if you forget the key they charge you 200CHF just for opening the door with the copy) when I left they charged me for things that I had not even used! And on top of that, they forced me to leave before the date because they don't have weekend or holiday guards and they never gave me my money back and they inspected the place before I left as if I were a criminal, a horror, don't stay never in this place.

I submitted a request for a one-month rental of an apartment in Kriens on the beautifully designed Lake Lucerne Apartments website. After receiving no response after 1.5 days, I contacted them by phone. Unfortunately, I was informed that a booking request three months in advance for a one-month rental was not possible. Although the website advertises daily and monthly rentals, I was almost embarrassed by the fact that a one-month stay cannot be booked three months in advance. My request was thus indirectly rejected. The planned viewing of the apartment was therefore unnecessary for me.
