We ordered the nameplates through our immobiliar agency, but the invoice (70 CHF for 3 nameplates) came from Hius AG with a very vague subject line (“Rechnung xyz”), which we almost sent to spam. Nevertheless, we paid for the service, but we never received our plates. We contacted customer service and received a very fast response, but very unfriendly and even arrogant. They claimed they had sent the plates long ago (although they couldn’t provide proof of delivery) and said that if we wanted new nameplates, we would need to place a new order (and therefore pay again). I am not saying they didn’t send the nameplates, but I believe that if something went wrong with the delivery, it should be their responsibility and not ours. Unsatisfied, and we decided to go with another provider.

I ordered a nameplate through Livit, but was never informed about the cost or that I would receive a separate invoice from a different company. Naturally, I expected the invoice to come directly from Livit. Instead, the invoice came from Hius AG, with a vague subject line and no mention of the nameplate. Because of this and the unfamiliar sender, the email looked like spam and was even sorted into my spam folder – so I never saw it. I only found out about the payment when Livit contacted me directly – at that point, it was already the third reminder. That was the first time I checked for the original email and realized it had gone unnoticed in spam. Given this situation, I hoped Hius AG would be understanding. Unfortunately, their customer service was quite unfriendly and even mocked the fact that I had missed the previous reminders. My frustration is partly with Livit for not clearly communicating the billing process, but mainly with Hius AG for their poor communication and lack of empathy. I truly felt let down by both companies. I hope this feedback helps improve the clarity and tone of future interactions with customers.

As other customers have already noted, this company's prices are simply incomprehensible and completely overpriced. I paid almost 100 Swiss francs for three small nameplates – intended for the mailbox, apartment, and house entrance. This bears no relation to the service provided. These prices don't seem justified; they seem more like a pure rip-off. One gets the feeling that they're only charging so much because the order came from the landlord – not because it reflects the actual value of the products. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this company at all. The price-performance ratio simply isn't right.
