Nos alojamos en Zurich durante cuatro días. Fue una gran experiencia y el desayuno fue excelente. El personal aquí fue muy agradable. Incluso nos proporcionaron aparcamiento. Así que definitivamente lo recomiendo encarecidamente. Tienes muchas opciones de comida incluso para personas vegetarianas. Y una cosa más, si quieres un desayuno fresco y con variedades, ve de 6.30 a. m. a 7.00 a. m. 😁.
El personal de recepción y desayuno es excelente y muy servicial. Nos brindaron asistencia en todo lo que necesitábamos, como adaptadores de carga, información sobre viajes y estacionamiento. El hotel y la habitación están muy limpios. El bar es el único problema. No tienen barman, por lo que cualquiera que necesite bebidas deberá decirle al personal de recepción cómo preparar los cócteles.
¡Este hotel es un gran hallazgo! La ubicación es cómoda y tranquila, perfecta para familias. Las habitaciones estaban impecables y bien equipadas, mostrando gran atención a la limpieza. El servicio fue profesional y amable, y nos sentimos realmente atendidos. Por el precio que pagamos, la calidad fue excepcional.
Our 2-night stay at Prize by Radisson, Zurich Affoltern am Albis was a nightmare. • The bathroom was covered in mould, and the bedsheets were stained. Despite emailing for cleaning, the hotel ignored us completely. • Breakfast was included—but for both mornings, there was nothing available by the time we arrived around 8 AM. The coffee machine didn’t work, and there was no staff at reception to address any issues. • Hygiene and service were shockingly bad for a supposedly reputable hotel. We paid for a comfortable, family-friendly stay, but got filth, neglect, and zero support instead. Photos clearly show the state of the room. Avoid this hotel at all costs
Stay was cozy BUT they hid their breakfast items for our deliberately. Who does that? When our friend came to know and asked then they served. Coffee machine had a label as Broken and when he confronted then they removed the label and THE MACHINE WAS WORKING. I really didn't understand the fact that our group had paid for breakfast still why did they differentiated us. We did not misbehave anywhere but for us they kept very limited items. Nothing from European breakfast. Not even eggs.
Horrible & Pathetic Stay I am having. Booked it for New Year's Eve with my family & they are such fraudsters. Can't believe it's even a Radisson or not. Heaters not working at such cold nights. No telephone in rooms to contact reception & house keeping anytime. Have to go to reception down 6 floors for basic requirements. Coffee sachets not available. They have kept a chargeable coffee machine at entrance which I used twice my card did transaction twice. Money was charged & guess what that machine was defected no coffee at all. Later they accepted it that machine is faulty. Secondly, the guy at reception asked for 20 Euros for an extra blanket when they already switch off heaters. Breakfast also has no variety. Such expensive hotel with zero facilities & amenities. I will never book this disgusting hotel in future.
