Nous avons séjourné à Zurich pendant quatre jours. Ce fut une expérience formidable et le petit déjeuner était excellent. Le personnel était très gentil. Ils nous ont même fourni un parking. Je le recommande donc vivement. Vous disposez de nombreuses options de restauration, même pour les végétariens. Et encore une chose si vous voulez un petit-déjeuner frais avec des variétés, allez de 6h30 à 7h00 😁.
Le personnel de la réception et du petit-déjeuner est excellent et très serviable. Ils nous ont fourni de l'aide pour tout ce dont nous avions besoin, comme des adaptateurs de recharge, des informations sur les voyages et le stationnement. L'hôtel et la chambre sont très propres. Le bar est le seul problème. Ils n'ont pas de barman, donc toute personne ayant besoin de boissons devra dire au personnel de la réception comment préparer les cocktails.
Cet hôtel est une excellente trouvaille ! L'emplacement est pratique et calme, parfait pour les familles. Les chambres étaient impeccables et bien équipées, montrant une grande attention portée à la propreté. Le service était professionnel et sympathique et nous nous sommes sentis vraiment pris en charge. Pour le prix que nous avons payé, la qualité était exceptionnelle.
Our 2-night stay at Prize by Radisson, Zurich Affoltern am Albis was a nightmare. • The bathroom was covered in mould, and the bedsheets were stained. Despite emailing for cleaning, the hotel ignored us completely. • Breakfast was included—but for both mornings, there was nothing available by the time we arrived around 8 AM. The coffee machine didn’t work, and there was no staff at reception to address any issues. • Hygiene and service were shockingly bad for a supposedly reputable hotel. We paid for a comfortable, family-friendly stay, but got filth, neglect, and zero support instead. Photos clearly show the state of the room. Avoid this hotel at all costs
Stay was cozy BUT they hid their breakfast items for our deliberately. Who does that? When our friend came to know and asked then they served. Coffee machine had a label as Broken and when he confronted then they removed the label and THE MACHINE WAS WORKING. I really didn't understand the fact that our group had paid for breakfast still why did they differentiated us. We did not misbehave anywhere but for us they kept very limited items. Nothing from European breakfast. Not even eggs.
Horrible & Pathetic Stay I am having. Booked it for New Year's Eve with my family & they are such fraudsters. Can't believe it's even a Radisson or not. Heaters not working at such cold nights. No telephone in rooms to contact reception & house keeping anytime. Have to go to reception down 6 floors for basic requirements. Coffee sachets not available. They have kept a chargeable coffee machine at entrance which I used twice my card did transaction twice. Money was charged & guess what that machine was defected no coffee at all. Later they accepted it that machine is faulty. Secondly, the guy at reception asked for 20 Euros for an extra blanket when they already switch off heaters. Breakfast also has no variety. Such expensive hotel with zero facilities & amenities. I will never book this disgusting hotel in future.
