¡Pagué por adelantado pero nunca recibí el servicio!
Intenté solicitar una tarjeta SIM a un proveedor externo. Sin embargo, la tarjeta SIM llegó demasiado tarde, a pesar de que el contrato se firmó con un mes de antelación. Llamé varias veces para quejarme, pero fue inútil. El servicio fue deficiente y me dijeron repetidamente que la tarjeta SIM llegaría pronto. A pesar de la promesa del gerente de entregar la tarjeta SIM a tiempo, supuestamente mediante envío urgente, no pasó nada.
Es un revendedor que se presenta al mundo exterior como un proveedor. A la empresa le gusta presumir de servicios de terceros y, en general, no parece estar muy bien posicionada.

Offers highly competent and customized telecommunications solutions for SMEs at fair prices. Should a problem arise, the fault report is received quickly, and the staff address it competently and promptly; unlike with other providers, there's no need to listen to seemingly endless hold music before even being able to submit a request. The minor drawback that, according to the terms and conditions, contracts can only be terminated annually with a three-month notice period is offset by the managing director's willingness to help find a workable solution in exceptional circumstances. After closing my SME, I remained with this provider as a private customer as long as I used wired telecommunications services. Should I ever switch back from mobile to wired services, mobile4business would be my first choice for telecommunications, especially if I were running an SME. Thank you!
