J'ai payé à l'avance mais je n'ai jamais reçu de service !!!
J'ai essayé de commander une carte SIM auprès d'un fournisseur tiers. Cependant, la carte SIM est arrivée beaucoup trop tard, alors que le contrat avait été signé un mois à l'avance. J'ai appelé plusieurs fois pour me plaindre, mais cela n'a servi à rien. Le service était médiocre et on m’a répété à plusieurs reprises que la carte SIM arriverait bientôt. Malgré la promesse du responsable de livrer la carte SIM à temps, soi-disant par livraison express, rien ne s'est produit.
C'est un revendeur qui se présente à l'extérieur comme un fournisseur. L'entreprise aime se vanter de services tiers et, dans l'ensemble, ne semble pas être très solidement positionnée.

Should a problem arise, the fault report is received quickly, and the staff address it competently and promptly; unlike with other providers, there's no need to listen to seemingly endless hold music before even being able to submit a request. The minor drawback that, according to the terms and conditions, contracts can only be terminated annually with a three-month notice period is offset by the managing director's willingness to help find a workable solution in exceptional circumstances. After closing my SME, I remained with this provider as a private customer as long as I used wired telecommunications services. Should I ever switch back from mobile to wired services, mobile4business would be my first choice for telecommunications, especially if I were running an SME. Thank you!
