Después de una terrible experiencia con otra escuela de esquí en Andermatt el primer día de nuestras vacaciones familiares de esquí de una semana, Peter y el equipo de Alpine Sports cambiaron completamente las cosas para nosotros. Habíamos reservado clases privadas de lunes a viernes en otra escuela, pero se negaron a enseñar a nuestros hijos debido a su nivel. Sintiéndome estresada y preocupada de que nuestro viaje se arruinara, me acerqué a Peter y desde el primer momento fue increíblemente acogedor, comprensivo y orientado a encontrar soluciones. Se aseguró de que nuestro tiempo en Andermatt no fuera en vano y rápidamente consiguió el instructor perfecto para nuestros hijos. Rubén fue absolutamente fantástico: divertido, paciente y muy hábil. Nuestros hijos (8 y 6 años) disfrutaron cada minuto con él. El último día, no sólo habían mejorado visiblemente en su esquí, sino que también le preguntaron a Rubén si podría volver a ser su instructor el próximo año, lo cual lo dice todo. Ver su felicidad y progreso hizo que todo el estrés inicial y el costo adicional valieran la pena. Estamos increíblemente agradecidos con Peter, Ruben y el equipo de Alpine Sports por salvarnos las vacaciones y crear una experiencia tan positiva y memorable para nuestra familia. Una empresa que realmente antepone los intereses de sus clientes es el tipo de empresa al que la gente regresa una y otra vez, y ese será absolutamente nuestro caso. Muchas gracias a Peter y su equipo por una experiencia absolutamente increíble. Desde el principio, incluida nuestra comunicación por correo electrónico antes de la llegada, todo estuvo organizado, el personal fue servicial, acogedor, profesional e hizo todo lo posible para que fuera una experiencia inolvidable. Esa gran primera impresión sólo creció una vez que llegamos. La experiencia realmente superó nuestras expectativas en todos los sentidos. Andermatt como estación de esquí es espectacular, con montañas y condiciones impresionantes. ¡Toda la experiencia fue tan buena que nuestra experiencia de esquí de 1 día se extendió a 2 días! Un agradecimiento muy especial a Pol cuya habilidad, paciencia y entusiasmo marcaron una gran diferencia en nuestra experiencia. Pol fue realmente excepcional y ayudó a que el viaje fuera inolvidable con su estilo de enseñanza y experiencia que generaron confianza al instante y al mismo tiempo mantuvieron las cosas divertidas y atractivas. Está claro cuánto cuidado y esfuerzo se necesita para que todo funcione tan bien tanto entre bastidores como en la montaña. Definitivamente recomendaríamos a Paul y su equipo a nuestros amigos y familiares y esperamos regresar a Andermatt muy pronto, ya que definitivamente fue lo más destacado de nuestro viaje por Europa. La reserva fue sencilla por correo electrónico y Peter solucionó todo rápida y fácilmente incluso antes de llegar a Andermatt. De principio a fin, la lección de esquí de mi hijo superó las expectativas. Pol fue nuestro instructor y se tomó el tiempo para evaluar la capacidad de mi hijo, establecer objetivos claros y utilizar un enfoque tranquilo y positivo que desarrolló tanto habilidades como confianza. La lección estuvo perfectamente equilibrada entre técnica, seguridad y diversión. Al final, mi hijo estaba enlazando giros, esquiando en paralelo y sonriendo genuinamente todo el tiempo. Esta era la primera vez que mi hijo de 7 años esquiaba en las montañas. Aunque había recibido algunas lecciones en el Reino Unido de antemano, al final de su tiempo con Pol ya esquiaba con confianza en pistas rojas, puramente gracias a la excelente enseñanza y al enfoque de fomento de la confianza de Pol. Pol es un instructor fantástico con un carácter tranquilo y amable. Fue increíblemente alentador y servicial, incluso sacó nuestros esquís de la tienda y hizo que toda la experiencia fuera fluida y sin estrés. Realmente apreciamos la claridad con la que explicó el progreso y la seguridad con la que trabajó dentro del nivel con el que nos sentíamos cómodos. Highly recommend Alpine Sports Andermatt. Great email communication and advice from Peter before our arrival. My husband and two of my sons had a lesson with Nathan. They have had lessons in many places before and all rate Nathan as the best they have had and also a lovely fellow.. easy good company with excellent instruction.

Incredible First Ski Experience – A Huge Thank You to Alpine Sports Andermatt! We stayed 2 nights in Andermatt and arrived with one main goal: to try skiing for the first time. Unfortunately, we were initially told by our hotel that there was only one ski school available. When we visited that school on our first morning, it turned out to be closed. You can imagine how disappointed we were — thinking our entire skiing dream was over before it even began. We spent the whole first day wandering around town, trying to make peace with the idea that we might leave without skiing at all. Then, by sheer luck, we came across Alpine Sports Andermatt in the late afternoon — and that completely turned our trip around. We were greeted so warmly by Peter, who went above and beyond despite our tight schedule and limited time left. He made everything possible for us: • Arranged hotel pick-up and drop-off the next morning • Sorted out all our ski equipment rentals • Scheduled a 2-hour lesson with the most wonderful instructor, Meta • Ensured we got back right on time to catch our noon train to our next destination Peter was incredibly kind, proactive, and genuinely cared about creating a great experience for us. Meta was patient, encouraging, and made our first time on the slopes both fun and confidence-boosting. They truly turned what could have been a disappointing trip into one of the best highlights of our Switzerland holiday. We are so grateful to Peter, Meta, and the entire Alpine team for their hospitality, professionalism, and warmth. Peter even offered help for the rest of our travels in Switzerland — such amazing service. We would highly recommend Alpine Sports Andermatt to anyone visiting Andermatt and wanting to ski — whether you’re a total beginner like us or otherwise. We’ll definitely be back again next time!

I spontaneously had an hour's ski lesson with Martin from Alpine Sports Andermatt and am SO thankful to him. He was fantastic and spotted immediately several things I was doing wrong (I've just come back to skiing after a 20-year break...). He helped me to fix them with some drills, advised me competently on ski length/hire and was very patient, relaxed and supportive. The Alpine Sports ski school itself was also very flexible, helping to arrange payment remotely without any trouble. I understand it's a very international school with lots of ski instructors who speak different languages (Martin's English was perfect). I will definitely book another longer lesson when I go back to Andermatt in a couple of weeks. Many thanks!
