Una completa desgracia
Fraude: nadie tocó el timbre en ninguna de las dos horas indicadas digitalmente (estaba en casa). Además, nunca se dejó ningún aviso de entrega de UPS. Otro día, UPS incluso nos entregó un paquete diferente. ¿Pero simplemente estás devolviendo este paquete, valorado en más de $350? ¿Y me hiciste pagar la aduana online primero? ¿Solo para luego informarme que el paquete ha sido devuelto?
The service is simply awful. The package got lost somewhere in Bachenbülach. Delivery keeps getting postponed. Every day it says "delivery today," but nothing happens... Thankfully, there are better shipping companies!
Unfortunately, I know of no more unreliable company than UPS. Delivery times are repeatedly postponed and then never even met.
