Nunca he escrito una reseña sobre una ferretería, pero von Moos será la excepción debido a su servicio excepcional. Estaba visitando Lucerna al comienzo de un muy esperado viaje fotográfico de una semana por Suiza cuando se rompió la correa de mi cámara. Los sujetadores se habían desgastado por el uso excesivo. Tuve el presentimiento de que se podría arreglar con el hardware adecuado, lo que me llevó a von Moos. Al llegar al departamento de ferretería me recibieron en inglés (gracias) donde le expliqué mi situación. Rápidamente me presentaron a Sasha, quien miró mi correa y sin dudarlo asumió la tarea de reparar los sujetadores. Después de casi media hora de probar muchos enfoques diferentes, tuvimos que admitir que era una causa perdida y rendirnos. Aunque no tuvimos éxito, el entusiasmo, el compromiso y la cortesía de Sasha hacia un turista desconocido fueron simplemente impresionantes. Gracias. Por cierto, pude comprar una correa de cámara nueva en una tienda de cámaras cercana.

There was one older white woman with shorter hair who was very rude. She had no problem helping other Caucasian patrons in full fluent English (I had literally just saw and heard her have a full blown conversation with the patrons ahead of me) but once I went to the counter for help, she tried to redirect me “to a tourist spot” and when I tried to ask more questions, she pretended like she couldn’t speak English. For reference, I am a person of colour. That staff member needs training on how to coexist with other races besides her own. I didn’t know it was so hard for some people to know how to treat people with kindness. 🙄🙄 would not recommend unless you want to be discriminated against just because of the colour of your skin. 🙄

Took time to look around. Wow, awesome store. They have so much under one roof. Very helpful staff. Will visit more often. Great products!

An interesting store with several levels. Came in looking for hobby things for my wife which is in the basement level. Nice selection of items including things I have trouble finding throughout the rest of Europe.
