No recomendado nadie puede hablar alemán Te ves obligado a comprar aditivos para los productos. Quieres comprar algo y de repente tres empleados se encuentran a tu alrededor. Es un ambiente muy desagradable. Algunos empleados son muy irrespetuosos y muy emocionales cuando usted rechaza cortésmente extras como una garantía extendida. Empleados extremadamente desagradables. Quieren venderme extras para mi televisor que cuestan 500.- extra y no pueden explicarme en alemán qué incluyen los extras y luego debo pagar el cargo extra. Mediamarkt fue mucho mejor. Los nuevos empleados no tienen absolutamente ninguna experiencia profesional.
Todos los trabajadores en el piso de ventas fueron serviciales y usaron sus máscaras correctamente, en el mostrador de salida... no tanto. La joven que trabajaba allí era amable, pero la máscara estaba debajo de su barbilla, al igual que otros dos trabajadores detrás de ella. Aparte de eso, tuve una sensación agradable en la tienda.
Personal servicial! El vendedor José estuvo al tanto y fue muy útil al enseñarnos sobre nuestras diferentes opciones con varios productos. Ojalá pudiéramos agradecerle nuevamente por tomarse el tiempo para explicar las cosas con tanta claridad.
Best workers and management, efficiency, attendance to the client. Very pleased with the concrete answers and feedback from manager and Pleurat. Taking the extra mile for the client is something that we didn't find in the other Media Markt in Bern Muri and Fribourg. Great dedication guys! Even on Black Friday.
Good media markt store with friendly people and a vast range of products to offer. Store within the comercial center surrounded by other stores.
Disappointing service I brought my apple product to the Service Clark because it wasn’t working right and instead of an exchange right away they told me they’d have to send it away and I need to wait up to 3 week for the exchange / repair without watching any kind of 📺 Sad 😢 for such a huge company that they don’t exchange it and deal with intern problems about the product later
