Very bad. Only one nationality is favored and no one does anything about it, even though German is required in production. No employee adheres to this. As soon as there are three people working on a machine and the other two speak the same language, the third is ignored at all and feels excluded, and they get a bad feeling. One gets a permanent position after three months and isn't that good, and the others, who have been there much longer, stay on temporary forever. I had a really bad experience and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. If you report to HR, you'll be fired immediately and fired because, unfortunately, there is a nationality dependency. Unfortunately, nothing is done, even though it's supposedly offered. Just empty promises, so no one dares to say anything for fear of being fired.
