La tienda está bien surtida, buenas opciones. Pero encontré que los trabajadores eran francamente groseros. No estaba claro si las bolsas costaban dinero, así que en el autopago coloqué mis artículos en una bolsa de papel y un trabajador grosero se acercó y me dijo algo primero en alemán y luego me gritó en inglés "¡no es gratis!". Agarró la bolsa agresivamente y la escaneó. No necesitaba ser grosera y sería útil colocar carteles que indiquen que las bolsas no son gratuitas.

Cooperativa pequeña pero eficiente: tiene todo lo que necesita después de una caminata. El personal es amable y siempre te saluda con una sonrisa cuando entras o sales. El autopago funciona sin problemas y permite tomar rápidamente lo que necesita y listo.

Una buena y pequeña tienda para casi cualquier cosa que necesites. Fácil ubicación. Es bueno tener cerca nuestro Air BNB ya que no tiene muchos suministros.

I purchased fine food smoked salmon which after consuming a small portion I noticed was 3 days out of date. I went back to the shop to swap and spoke to the short/spiked hair manager. I understand mistakes can happen but after I told her there were 10 out of date on the shelf as well, she said I handed her an empty package. It was just put back the wrong way! She finally realised but still claimed I was rude, foreign idiot and that I had no manners. All in german which she didn’t realise I am fluent …

In Kandersteg for 3 days and love this little town. The local grocery is the Coop and for a small store it has everything you need. Friendly and helpful to us out of town guests. Prices were very good.

It’s okay, but the staff seems to have a problem with foreign scouts, btw some of us can understand Swiss-German gossip :)
