Un equipo muy profesional y discreto entregó nuestro piano de cola eléctrico. Llegó a tiempo, muy limpio, tranquilo y agradable. Muchas gracias por el trato tan respetuoso hacia nuestro nuevo instrumento.
Lamentablemente, mi experiencia con Pianologistik durante el transporte de mi Steinway B211 fue muy decepcionante. No puedo recomendar esta empresa.
I hadn't thought it possible to transport my grand piano before, firstly because I had removed the lid and a part broke in the process, so the lid couldn't be reattached. And secondly because we live on a hill and it's quite steep. They didn't even spend an hour working on it, and the piano doesn't even need retuning (at least not to my ear)! Amazing.
Transporting the grand piano went absolutely smoothly. The initial situation was relatively difficult on the second floor without an elevator, but everything was organized absolutely perfectly. Highly recommended.
