Une équipe très professionnelle et discrète a livré notre piano à queue électrique. C'était à l'heure, très propre, calme et agréable. Merci beaucoup pour le traitement très respectueux de notre nouvel instrument.
Mon expérience avec Pianologistik lors du transport de mon Steinway B211 a été malheureusement très décevante. Je ne peux pas recommander cette entreprise.
I hadn't thought it possible to transport my grand piano before, firstly because I had removed the lid and a part broke in the process, so the lid couldn't be reattached. And secondly because we live on a hill and it's quite steep. They didn't even spend an hour working on it, and the piano doesn't even need retuning (at least not to my ear)! Amazing.
Transporting the grand piano went absolutely smoothly. The initial situation was relatively difficult on the second floor without an elevator, but everything was organized absolutely perfectly. Highly recommended.
