Reservamos nuestros tours y traslados al aeropuerto con Swiss Epic Tours y, de principio a fin, todo salió a la perfección. Reservé un tour privado de 3 días con Swiss Epic Tours y fue realmente una experiencia inolvidable. Nuestro itinerario cubrió un paseo por la ciudad de Zúrich, el Monte Rigi y Lucerna, seguido de Rheinfalls, Schaffhausen y Stein am Rhein. Aunque mi madre y yo teníamos guías diferentes cada día (Sergio, David y Robbie), cada uno de ellos era increíblemente amable, bien informado y era un placer estar con ellos. Aprecié especialmente las conversaciones genuinas que tuvimos y lo atentos que fueron con mi madre, que tiene más de 70 años. Se divirtió mucho y el ritmo de los recorridos era perfecto para ella. Con los viajeros mayores, en realidad se trata de reducir la velocidad para saborear el viaje, y estos tours fueron perfectos para eso. Más allá de las hermosas vistas, aprendí mucho sobre la historia y la cultura de Suiza, lo cual es lo que más me interesa. Un agradecimiento especial también a Cristina, Catherina y Xenia por su maravillosa planificación y perfecta coordinación entre bastidores. Swiss Epic Tour gave us one of the most unforgettable travel experiences in Switzerland. Everything was perfectly organized and tailored to our interests. From the majestic Alpine landscapes to the hidden gems we explored, every part of the journey was thoughtful and exciting. Ivo and Wandson were incredibly professional and genuinely passionate about sharing the best of Switzerland. We discovered breathtaking spots, enjoyed scenic train rides, and were taken to beautiful lakes and villages we wouldn’t have found on our own. The guides were attentive, super friendly, and flexible with our schedule. Truly a premium and intimate way to see the best of the country.
Ricardo was the best guide. he was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, a great communicator. He was on time to the minute- his vehicle was pristine, he took us to a hidden gem- the best coffee we’ve had in Europe so far. He was thorough in all the information he provided but kept the pace going well. He was was flexible with our schedule and even made an outstanding recommendation for a post tour restaurant. Ricardo led us on a 1 day private tour in the Bernese Oberland. It was a great day! We walked through picturesque villages, hiked along gorgeous waterfalls, and rode a cable car to eat lunch high up a mountain. We happily avoided most of the heavily touristed areas. Ricardo is extremely knowledgeable about the area, warm, and funny. Our car was comfortable and spacious. Thank you, Swiss Epic Tours, for an unforgettable day in Switzerland!
