Tuve una gran experiencia mudándome con Fachmann Umzug. Fueron muy profesionales y manejaron todo sin ningún problema. No hubo sorpresas en los costos ni en el servicio brindado. Se llevaron todo, desmontaron muebles grandes en un abrir y cerrar de ojos y con mucho cuidado. No tuvimos que preocuparnos de nada. La limpieza también se hizo maravillosamente. Excellent and professional service from the first contact we made to the last of the moving process! We used them for moving and cleaning and everything was perfect. The movers were efficient and skilled - nothing has broken, they carefully wrapped up loose pieces, dissembled and re-assembled furniture very quickly. The cleaners did a good job too and they were present at the old apartment handover to fix anything that was potentially not clean enough. I also must say that the way the 'sales' guy acted during first meeting for viewing the apartment stood out from the other moving companies - he was very professional, explained all in detail and very responsive to all follow up questions during the process. I would used them again.
