Me gustó cómo no “sólo” dieron servicio a mi bicicleta de montaña, sino que también me ayudaron a pensar en qué mantenimiento vale la pena y me dieron varias opciones. Excelentes comunicaciones y precio justo.

Vi la tienda con el rabillo del ojo y como necesitaba arreglar algunas cosas en mi bicicleta y también un servicio general, decidí intentarlo. La bicicleta regresó mejor que nueva, suave como la seda, y el servicio y el costo fueron impecables. Altamente recomendado y volveré seguro. No es fácil encontrar mecánicas de esta calidad hoy en día.

Excellent service. Not only do they have bikes and maintenance services, but they are excellent advisors. Riding over 10k km per year, I need full maintenance at least once or twice a year for each bike (one full carbon MTB, and one alloy eMTB). Although I can service my bikes, at Velo Project they do a much better, faster, and more profesional work. They have done a great job on my two bikes, not just replacing worn-out parts, but also predicting and preparing for future changes, like rear derailleur replacement with an upgrade, change eMTB computer to a better option, double suspension servicing and upgrade, etc. Be it regular maintenance for those who ride occasionally, or focused and planned work for the hardcore rider, they are the ones to do it. They are fast, transparent (explaining all options in detail), cost-efficient, and friendly. Their advice for tyre options proved excellent for technical uphill sections and crazy-fast downhill single tracks. Grip improved dramatically. I cannot but recommend Velo Project.
