Mi è piaciuto il modo in cui non hanno "solo" riparato la mia mountain bike, ma mi hanno anche aiutato a pensare a quale manutenzione vale la pena e mi hanno dato diverse opzioni. Ottime comunicazioni e prezzo onesto.

Ho preso il negozio con la coda dell'occhio e poiché avevo bisogno di sistemare alcune cose sulla mia bici e anche di una manutenzione generale, ho deciso di provarlo. La bici è tornata migliore che nuova, liscia come la seta, e il servizio e il costo sono stati impeccabili. Altamente raccomandato e torneremo di sicuro. Non è facile trovare oggigiorno queste qualità di meccanica.

Excellent service. Not only do they have bikes and maintenance services, but they are excellent advisors. Riding over 10k km per year, I need full maintenance at least once or twice a year for each bike (one full carbon MTB, and one alloy eMTB). Although I can service my bikes, at Velo Project they do a much better, faster, and more profesional work. They have done a great job on my two bikes, not just replacing worn-out parts, but also predicting and preparing for future changes, like rear derailleur replacement with an upgrade, change eMTB computer to a better option, double suspension servicing and upgrade, etc. Be it regular maintenance for those who ride occasionally, or focused and planned work for the hardcore rider, they are the ones to do it. They are fast, transparent (explaining all options in detail), cost-efficient, and friendly. Their advice for tyre options proved excellent for technical uphill sections and crazy-fast downhill single tracks. Grip improved dramatically. I cannot but recommend Velo Project.
