La comida era bastante mala (pedimos salmón, no...) el servicio es lento y antipático. No iría allí. La trattoria de al lado es mejor.
Preciosa ubicación, buen servicio y pollo frito realmente sabroso. Consigue la canasta de pollo libre. Recomiendo el estilo 'country' o 'BBQ' (el 'clásico' era demasiado salado para mi gusto). El precio es justo para una zona turística suiza y lo que obtienes vale la pena.
El servicio fue terrible. Los camareros no tenían ninguna visión general de su terraza o simplemente no querían atendernos. Cuando nos sentamos, nadie nos trajo ningún menú, así que finalmente tomamos algunos nosotros mismos. Luego, nadie vino a preguntar qué nos gustaría pedir y nos llevó 10 minutos seguidos intentar llamar la atención de 2 camareros para realizar el pedido. Pedimos 3 cervezas y otras 3 bebidas. No recibimos las 3 cervezas, sino otras 3 bebidas que eran el doble de caras. Se olvidó otra bebida y tuvimos que volver a solicitarla nosotros mismos. Tenían 3 camareros y probablemente solo 10 mesas para atender y aparentemente también pagar era un problema. Después de intentar firmar con los 3 camareros con 2 personas de nuestra empresa y sin éxito, finalmente entramos a pagar en la caja registradora. Pensando que pagamos 60 CHF por 6 bebidas, de las cuales 2 colas, 3 supuestas cervezas y 1 bebida olvidada, fue demasiado caro para el servicio brindado. No lo recomendaría.
Food is good, service is often good, but they say it is very busy and if the front desk person decides you are not worthy a table they put you to eat at the bar desk. It had happened to me. I ate at the bar, paid, left, and there was plenty table available, but they tell you it is all booked. Also, I have no idea why they don't allow dogs in the restaurant. In Switzerland, the dogs are well trained and behave very well. I don't go more often because I can't take my dog with me. The food is good, but there are other restaurants as good or better that allow your furry.
Come to this place only for the view, not for the food. On a photo you can see “Nautilus”. We we’re hungry and we ate it. Too much salt ant too fried 🤦🏼♀️ …
They will disrespect you and your stomach. Ordered the French onion soup and the Weesen bratwurst. The bread that came with the onion soup was quite good; however the soup itself was much too salty and ruined the bread. The bratwurst was overcooked and thus very dry and tough. Bad food aside, they charged us 6.4 chf for still, non-carbonated, tap water and took 30min to deliver our entrees. Absolutely horrible experience.
