Il cibo era piuttosto scadente (abbiamo ordinato il salmone - non ...) il servizio è lento e scortese. Non ci andrei. La trattoria accanto è migliore.
Posizione incantevole, buon servizio e pollo fritto davvero gustoso. Prendi il cestino di pollo a consumazione libera. Consiglio lo stile "country" o "BBQ" (il "classico" era un po' troppo salato per i miei gusti). Il prezzo è giusto per un'area turistica svizzera e quello che ottieni ne vale la pena.
Il servizio era terribile. I camerieri non avevano alcuna visione d'insieme della loro terrazza o semplicemente non volevano servirci. Quando ci siamo seduti, nessuno ci ha portato alcun menu, quindi alla fine ne abbiamo presi alcuni noi stessi. Successivamente nessuno è venuto a chiederci cosa vorremmo ordinare e ci sono voluti 10 minuti buoni cercando di attirare l'attenzione di 2 camerieri per ordinare. Abbiamo ordinato 3 birre e altre 3 bevande. Non abbiamo ricevuto le 3 birre ma altre 3 bevande che costavano il doppio. Un'altra bevanda è stata dimenticata e abbiamo dovuto richiederla nuovamente noi stessi. Avevano 3 camerieri e probabilmente solo 10 tavoli a cui occuparsi e anche il pagamento era apparentemente un problema. Dopo aver provato a firmare per i 3 camerieri con 2 persone della nostra azienda senza successo, alla fine siamo entrati per pagare alla cassa. Pensando di aver pagato 60 franchi per 6 drink, di cui 2 cole, 3 presunte birre e 1 drink dimenticato, era troppo costoso per il servizio offerto. Non lo consiglierei.
Food is good, service is often good, but they say it is very busy and if the front desk person decides you are not worthy a table they put you to eat at the bar desk. It had happened to me. I ate at the bar, paid, left, and there was plenty table available, but they tell you it is all booked. Also, I have no idea why they don't allow dogs in the restaurant. In Switzerland, the dogs are well trained and behave very well. I don't go more often because I can't take my dog with me. The food is good, but there are other restaurants as good or better that allow your furry.
Come to this place only for the view, not for the food. On a photo you can see “Nautilus”. We we’re hungry and we ate it. Too much salt ant too fried 🤦🏼♀️ …
They will disrespect you and your stomach. Ordered the French onion soup and the Weesen bratwurst. The bread that came with the onion soup was quite good; however the soup itself was much too salty and ruined the bread. The bratwurst was overcooked and thus very dry and tough. Bad food aside, they charged us 6.4 chf for still, non-carbonated, tap water and took 30min to deliver our entrees. Absolutely horrible experience.
