Al principio, WoWin causó buena impresión hasta la recogida del vehículo y la firma del contrato de envío. Sin embargo, en el transcurso del largo proceso de ventas, se perdió mucha confianza debido a una comunicación poco clara sobre los precios. Primero, el vehículo se cotizaba a un precio superior al pactado, luego se rebajaba el precio en dos etapas hasta llegar a su límite absoluto. Después de la venta, recibimos un correo electrónico informándonos que el contable había pagado por error la tasa de preparación de 600 CHF, junto con una factura por este importe. Afortunadamente no lo pagamos, ya que no recibimos el producto de la venta hasta 10 días después, después de numerosas llamadas telefónicas y, por supuesto, sin la tarifa de 600 CHF. Los distintos contactos de WoWin seguían ofreciendo nuevas explicaciones de por qué no se había realizado el pago, y parece que la mano izquierda no siempre sabe lo que hace la mano derecha en esta empresa. Of course, now the heater is broken too... and unbelievably, it was advertised as a gas heater... no, it's a diesel heater... another 2000 francs. I feel really sick... now all I need is a refrigerator and a timing belt... P.S. Wowin, you don't even need to call me if you don't intend to compensate me. Purchased on December 5, 2024. I treated the heater like a gas heater, not a diesel heater, because your website stated it was a gas heater. That's why it's broken. You guaranteed me that the timing belt had been replaced; I'm going to have it checked by a garage now, just to be safe.

I bought a van a year ago that broke down on the drive home, requiring a tow. Then, for over six weeks, the damage wasn't repaired, and communication during that time was abysmal. No information, no clear reasons – they didn't know exactly what it was, but it was probably a fault in the control unit? Eventually, they said the car was ready. In the meantime, I took the van to several specialist garages, all of which confirmed that the work had been done very carelessly. Now, a year later, the same problem has occurred – resulting in significant damage. I would never recommend Wowin to anyone.
