Il team è altamente professionale, estremamente amichevole e molto competente e il processo di acquisto è stato rapido, fluido e trasparente. Particolarmente apprezzabili sono state la presentazione dettagliata del camper e la rapida risposta alla nostra richiesta. Permuta equa del nostro vecchio camper. Un'azienda che sa il fatto suo e dove il cliente è ancora il re. Saremo felici di utilizzarli di nuovo!

Inizialmente WoWin ha fatto una buona impressione fino al ritiro del veicolo e alla firma del contratto di consegna. Tuttavia, nel corso del lungo processo di vendita, gran parte della fiducia è andata persa a causa di una comunicazione poco chiara in merito ai prezzi. Innanzitutto il veicolo è stato messo in vendita a un prezzo più alto di quello concordato, poi il prezzo è stato ridotto in due fasi fino a raggiungere il limite assoluto. Dopo la vendita abbiamo ricevuto un'e-mail in cui si informava che il contabile aveva erroneamente pagato la commissione di preparazione di CHF 600, insieme a una fattura per tale importo. Fortunatamente non l'abbiamo pagato, perché abbiamo ricevuto il ricavato della vendita solo altri 10 giorni dopo, dopo numerose telefonate e, ovviamente, senza la tassa di 600 franchi. I vari contatti di WoWin continuavano a offrire nuove spiegazioni sul motivo per cui il pagamento non era stato effettuato, e sembra che la mano sinistra non sempre sappia cosa fa la mano destra in questa azienda. Comunque viene venduto...

I simply drove to Wowin in Winterthur to look at a motorhome I was interested in. Serkan served me promptly and very kindly, even though I didn't have an appointment. Of course, now the heater is broken too... and unbelievably, it was advertised as a gas heater... no, it's a diesel heater... another 2000 francs. I feel really sick... now all I need is a refrigerator and a timing belt... P.S. Wowin, you don't even need to call me if you don't intend to compensate me. Purchased on December 5, 2024. I treated the heater like a gas heater, not a diesel heater, because your website stated it was a gas heater. That's why it's broken. You guaranteed me that the timing belt had been replaced; I'm going to have it checked by a garage now, just to be safe.

I bought a van a year ago that broke down on the drive home, requiring a tow. Then, for over six weeks, the damage wasn't repaired, and communication during that time was abysmal. No information, no clear reasons – they didn't know exactly what it was, but it was probably a fault in the control unit? Eventually, they said the car was ready. In the meantime, I took the van to several specialist garages, all of which confirmed that the work had been done very carelessly. Now, a year later, the same problem has occurred – resulting in significant damage. I would never recommend Wowin to anyone.
