Nous avons également eu des problèmes logistiques difficiles autour du règlement et il nous a aidé à les résoudre, allant au-delà de l'appel du devoir en nous aidant à conclure l'accord (et à déménager). We gave up our rental apartment in Grindelwald because we were in danger of having to move out. Griwa then rented us an apartment and gave us notice just 18 months later. Furthermore, the rent goes up when the reference interest rate goes up (in those 18 months!), but not down when it goes down. This should have been reported (...), according to Griwa. If you don't report it, they can apparently do whatever they want, they think. Yet they show absolutely no willingness to compromise and believe that they and their client, the landlord, did everything correctly. We disagree.
