È stato un piacere avere a che fare con Jan e il team Treuhand. Preparazione, valutazione ed esecuzione tutte di prima classe. Abbiamo anche avuto alcuni problemi logistici difficili riguardo all'accordo e lui ci ha aiutato a risolverli, andando oltre il dovere, aiutandoci a portare a termine l'accordo (e il trasloco). Molto apprezzato.

Markus, Jan e il resto del team sono competenti, amichevoli, pazienti ed estremamente professionali. La progettazione, i materiali e la manutenzione dello chalet erano di prim'ordine e ogni fase del processo di costruzione e degli appaltatori coinvolti sono stati documentati e registrati. We gave up our rental apartment in Grindelwald because we were in danger of having to move out. Griwa then rented us an apartment and gave us notice just 18 months later. Furthermore, the rent goes up when the reference interest rate goes up (in those 18 months!), but not down when it goes down. This should have been reported (...), according to Griwa. If you don't report it, they can apparently do whatever they want, they think. Yet they show absolutely no willingness to compromise and believe that they and their client, the landlord, did everything correctly. We disagree.

The sale of my four-room vacation apartment in Grindelwald was handled by Mr. Ewert of GriwaTreuhand with extreme care and pragmatism, and within five weeks from the decision to sell to the handover to the new owners. The asking price was calculated very fairly for all parties involved. The service package of the sales mandate included a comprehensive package, offering the seller an all-inclusive product.
