Nous avons eu une expérience absolument merveilleuse dans cet hôtel, sans aucun doute l'un des meilleurs séjours que ma famille et moi ayons jamais eu. Se réveiller avec la vue imprenable sur le lac était presque surréaliste. Le personnel était incroyablement sympathique et attentionné, veillant à ce que notre séjour soit agréable, surtout avec notre petit qui n'a que 15 mois. La fantastique salle de jeux a été un succès, rendant les heures du petit-déjeuner et du dîner beaucoup plus relaxantes. Je recommande vivement cet endroit si vous recherchez une expérience suisse authentique avec une cuisine délicieuse, un personnel exceptionnel et un séjour confortable qui ne vous ruinera pas. Il est parfaitement situé à proximité de tous les sites et attractions en plein air. Nous apprécions vraiment à quel point l'accueil du personnel nous a fait sentir. Nous reviendrons certainement dans le futur! 🤙🏾🫶🏾
Magnifique petit hôtel/restaurant dans un cadre incroyable au bord du lac de Lungern. Excellent service, personnel formidable, atmosphère détendue et chaleureuse, bonne nourriture. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner.
Nous avons passé 3 nuits ici. Nous étions au rez-de-chaussée sans vue. Le lit était bon. Il y avait beaucoup d'insectes comme des mouches, des moustiques et des araignées. Les options de petit-déjeuner pourraient être meilleures pour être honnête. La dame du petit déjeuner est super gentille et attentionnée. Nous avons dîné une fois et c'était délicieux, mais 37 € pour le plat principal était en fait assez cher. La sauce au curry pour le poulet était à tomber par terre.
Service is absolutely miserable!!! We entered the restaurant and we were told that we can't go on the left side were everything was impeccable and every table was nicely covered even when nobody was in restaurant, absolutely nobody !!! After we took a seat the guy gave us only one drink menu for two people 😅... We ordered drinks and when to order food they seid kitchen is closed.... I mean, it was supposed to tell us up front, not after we order drinks on a heavy rainy, cold day. Absolutely miserable... Stay away!!
If you are not planning to stay this hotel, you should !!because you’re missing the beautiful nature of wheel and the great service by this hotel where they fought a lot of things ahead of you.such a great place ! Love it! You can visit waterfall around the hotels and nature!
Our recent stay had its ups and downs. The service and check-in process were excellent, and we found the staff to be very accommodating. However, guests sensitive to noise should be aware of the room location. Rooms in the main building, which faces the main street, experience significant road noise throughout the night. This was particularly noticeable during a time of year when we needed to keep windows open for comfort. For a more peaceful stay, I highly recommend requesting a room in the second building, as these face away from the busy street. The breakfast offered a decent buffet selection, though it lacked made-to-order options like fresh eggs. We also found the restaurant prices to be a bit high for the summer menu, although we heard that a more diverse menu is offered starting in October. While the positive aspects of the service were appreciated, the persistent road noise was a significant drawback for us personally, and for this reason, we likely won't be returning.
