Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza assolutamente meravigliosa in questo hotel: sicuramente uno dei migliori soggiorni che io e la mia famiglia abbiamo mai avuto. Svegliarsi con la splendida vista sul lago sembrava quasi surreale. Il personale era incredibilmente cordiale e attento, assicurando che il nostro soggiorno fosse piacevole, soprattutto con il nostro piccolo che ha solo 15 mesi. La fantastica sala giochi è stata un successo, rendendo la colazione e la cena molto più rilassanti. Consiglio vivamente questo posto se stai cercando un'autentica esperienza svizzera con cibo delizioso, personale straordinario e un soggiorno confortevole che non manderà in bancarotta. È perfettamente situato vicino a tutti i luoghi e le attrazioni all'aperto. Apprezziamo davvero il modo in cui ci ha fatto sentire l'accoglienza del personale. Ritorneremo sicuramente in futuro! 🤙🏾🫶🏾
Meraviglioso piccolo hotel/ristorante in un ambiente incredibile sul lago Lungern. Servizio eccellente, personale eccezionale, atmosfera rilassata e accogliente, buon cibo. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare.
Siamo stati qui 3 notti. Eravamo al piano terra senza vista. Il letto era buono. C'erano molti insetti però come mosche, zanzare e ragni. Le opzioni per la colazione potrebbero essere migliori a dire il vero. La signora della colazione è super gentile e attenta. Abbiamo cenato una volta ed era deliziosa, tuttavia 37€ per il piatto principale erano piuttosto costosi. La salsa al curry per il pollo era comunque buona da morire.
Service is absolutely miserable!!! We entered the restaurant and we were told that we can't go on the left side were everything was impeccable and every table was nicely covered even when nobody was in restaurant, absolutely nobody !!! After we took a seat the guy gave us only one drink menu for two people 😅... We ordered drinks and when to order food they seid kitchen is closed.... I mean, it was supposed to tell us up front, not after we order drinks on a heavy rainy, cold day. Absolutely miserable... Stay away!!
If you are not planning to stay this hotel, you should !!because you’re missing the beautiful nature of wheel and the great service by this hotel where they fought a lot of things ahead of you.such a great place ! Love it! You can visit waterfall around the hotels and nature!
Our recent stay had its ups and downs. The service and check-in process were excellent, and we found the staff to be very accommodating. However, guests sensitive to noise should be aware of the room location. Rooms in the main building, which faces the main street, experience significant road noise throughout the night. This was particularly noticeable during a time of year when we needed to keep windows open for comfort. For a more peaceful stay, I highly recommend requesting a room in the second building, as these face away from the busy street. The breakfast offered a decent buffet selection, though it lacked made-to-order options like fresh eggs. We also found the restaurant prices to be a bit high for the summer menu, although we heard that a more diverse menu is offered starting in October. While the positive aspects of the service were appreciated, the persistent road noise was a significant drawback for us personally, and for this reason, we likely won't be returning.
