J'ai récemment contacté Aramex concernant des problèmes de livraison avec un colis. Ils ont été très réactifs, tant par email que par téléphone. Ils m'ont expliqué clairement le processus, se sont appropriés le problème et ont travaillé pour le résoudre pour moi, même si le problème venait de DPD. Excellent service client : professionnel, courtois, amical et serviable - bravo et merci !
Complètement dysfonctionnel, prix premium sans service. J'ai payé 100 USD pour un envoi en 2 à 5 jours ouvrables des États-Unis vers la Suisse. Après une semaine (5 jours ouvrables), le colis n'est toujours pas parti - vous n'obtenez pas ce que vous avez payé - évitez à tout prix !
We were very happy with aramex customer service. We had troubles tracking our parcel but aramex was very responsive and helpful. The parcel arrived shortly after contacting customer service in impeccable condition. Thank you!
they sended me 1 bill from my package coming from england witch i paid 42.25...a few weeks later another one a reminder supposely of 48.95. really unprofessional i just hope the package gets finally here today cause im not willing to pay again those 48 francs..worst shipping company i ever had.Theyre website tells me the package is in geneva at customs but the Dpd delivery says they bring it today thats in a diffrent city.
A few couple of month ago I received a blank bill with a payment slip. Since I didnt know what the bill was for, I had sent an email through this website to ask for a detailed bill, explaining what the charge was for. I never heard back. A little after that, I received a first warning and payment reminder (again, no explanation for what the bill was for), so I submitted yet again, another email though the site with no response. I called the customer center and the lady on the phone told me that she cannot access the system, but that someone will call me back. No one called. I have now received a second and last warning (again blank) with yet again, 10.-CHF added as late payment (which now sums up to 20.-CHF for late payment fees total. I called the customer center here in Switzerland again and got the same response, she cannot access the system and that someone will call me back shortly. I am very, very angry at this point. I get blank bills with no explanation what they are for and have incurred late fees for something I had tried multiple times to find out what the bill is for. Very poor customer service!
